Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship directly from our suppliers to offer you the best rates and fast delivery.

United States: 7 to 12 business days (Standard Shipping)

Rest of the World: 8 to 15 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are subject to carrier processing and potential customs delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If you haven't received your tracking number within 4 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shopnekoprint.store.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
NEKOPrint is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
